Retail purchases placed online at posthastepics.com may be returned by mail. Item(s) must be postmarked for return within 30 days of original reciept.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. We strongly recommend you keep all packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
  • Please contact customer support to initiate your refund by emailing or calling (M - F 9am to 5pm PST).
  • If original product is damaged, you may choose to have us send you a new canvas print or easle at no charge. Simply send us the orginal product in original packaging within 30 days for a full replacement or refund.

Please Note: Business-to-business and wholesale transactions are non-refundable with the exception of damaged items. We provide tracking. Insurance is optional.
